Tube laser cutting

Tube laser cutting

Workable sections mm 12 - 152,4

For tube processing, the company uses a BLMGROUP LASERTUBE LT7, which replaces multiple sequential operations performed on different machines — such as cutting to length, deburring, punching, stamping, drilling, and milling — by integrating them into a single production process.
This system makes it possible to obtain a finished tubular component in just one operation.

Thanks to its tilting cutting head, the LT7 also enables the execution of chamfers, bevels, partial bevels, and countersinks.

In addition to standard round, square, rectangular, flat-oval, semi-flat-oval, and elliptical sections, it is also possible to create customized cross-sections through CAD–CAM programming.
